Q: It seems to work, but why don't get an email?
A: More often than not, this is a permission problem. Make sure that the account that Subversion is running under has permissions to read and write to the folder that Subversion Notify is installed in. This is because Subversion notify needs to create a temporary file to compose the email. It will also need this permission in order to write to the log file.
Sometimes, this can be becasue the .NET Framework is not installed. You need to have the .NET Framework v3.5+ installed on the server in order for Subversion Notify to work.
