Subversion Notify for Windows is an Open Source project hosted on SourceForge.net. It was started several years ago with the mission to create a framework to easily implement Subversion pre- and post-commit hooks.

 

In doing so, not only can it "notify" you when new commits are made to your repository, but it can also control privileges, integrate with several item tracking systems and enforce standards.

In addition to myself, Subversion Notify for Windows has had contributions from 3 other developers.While the application is fairly mature, we are certainly open to enhancemnt requests and fixing reported bugs.
